Refunds;It is understandable that life problems happen! We will not be mad if you request a refund! Full refunds are UNAVAILABLE once fur is bought! But partial refunds are possible and will result in cancellation of your fursuit.If you are to ever cancel your order, your fursuit will be turned into a premade for sale! Do NOT resell your fursuit or character while I'm still working on it. This can cause lots of complications. Please wait until you have received your product before selling it to someone else. My contract is to you and you only.🎨
Design;•An fully up to date reference sheet of your character is required. If I have made any mistake throughout the process, please let me know and I will fix it as soon as I can. If there is any changes you would like that is NOT on your reference sheet, please let me know!Deadlines are not accepted as they are stressful and sometimes cannot be met. A preferred date can be taken into consideration and possibly met if reasonable.🔞

Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email, is a binding
contract. By accepting a commission or quote from me, you agree upon all
terms of service.
